Vezelnova B.V. ("Vezelnova", "we", "us") is a provider of internet access, VoIP and IPTV services registered in the Netherlands (KVK 89124573). We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet).
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. It applies to visitors of vezelnova.nl and clients of our services.

4. Telecommunications Data (Lawful Interception)
As a registered provider under the Dutch Telecommunications Act, Vezelnova may be required to retain certain traffic and location metadata as prescribed by law, and to cooperate with lawful interception requests from competent authorities. We do not use such data for any commercial purpose.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers acting as processors (hosting, billing, NOC tools) under GDPR-compliant DPAs
- RIPE NCC — registration data as required for IP allocation and routing
- Law enforcement — only when legally required by court order or equivalent
- Abuse databases (e.g. Spamhaus) — only for documented network abuse cases
7. International Transfers
Data is primarily processed within the EEA. If any transfer occurs outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decision) are in place.
8. Retention Periods
- Client account data: duration of contract + 7 years (Dutch tax law)
- Traffic metadata: up to 12 months where required by law
- Support communications: 3 years after closure

9. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
